1. Know WHERE you'll incorporate it into your routine - Personally I fill in the "Daily Work Planning" when I'm finishing my coffee and watching TV in the morning and I complete the "Daily Celebrating" section when I settle down to go to bed. When you plan when you'll use it, it makes it easier to integrate it.

2. Make it your own - Try the print version and try the virtual version. Use colourful pencils. Put stickers on it. Do whatever feels fun. Fvk the rules. This is your planner now.

3. Find accountability - This one can be tougher but yields greater results. Make sure you tell someone you are doing this or even better, start doing it with a friend! Knowing that someone is going to check up on you is the best way to make sure you get on with it.
